Carillion have been appointed as the main contractor for the Waterfront Business Parks. This will be delivered as three separate individual schemes - the recently completed Ramsden Business Park, Access Road and Key Infrastructure phase, and Anchor Line / St. Andrews Business Parks. The new access road to the development will be known as Harding Rise and the spine road within the business park will be named Dova Way. The works will comprise the following activities:
